A few bad choices yet an invaluable, soul crushing experience of surveying, creating, programming, fabricating, installing and displaying, at the target scale, all within five days, makes this work worth displaying here for me.
The opportunity presented itself on a very short notice but it had to be seized. I had five days to setup a display at the Creative Karachi Festival 2019 so for better or for worse I got myself in a tunnel vision ending up neglecting a few crucial decisions around visibility and substance. The goal was to, firstly, successfully achieve anamorphosis and put on display an art form new to Pakistan both through the vehicle wrapping I was already doing and the ambitions I had with the creative possibilities, and, secondly, to showcase my coverage across surface, material and geometry.
